It has been so hot here!
But I finally decided to put out some fall stuff.
Which mostly just means asking Chris to cut the pumpkins from the garden (he had shoes on, I didn't) and carry them (with his big strong muscles) to the front porch.
But I did make a little something new for my front door.
It made me think about how much time I used to spend doing crafty things.
Much time.
My decline in crafty projects is kind of a bummer.
Although, not as big of a bummer as my major social awkwardness.
Or my constant self-doubt.
Or...
...I better quit.
Well, I guess we know what project could really use some work.
Back to the weather, here is one awesome little Austin running in his school's smoldering jogathon.

And, why the heck not?...Here's a few more fun pictures of the dude.
He loves his soccer peeps.
Here he is working on his All About Austin poster for school.
And I had to try to sneak this picture of him as I prepared lunches and gave him his spelling words.
Really, who doesn't think more clearly with their feet hanging in the sink?

There is nothing better than the
ol' feet-in-the-sink
to help ya think!
He must get that from his mother;)
PS: love the candy-cane pen
Happy Happy Birthday!!! Kathryn is in the kitchen working on a very intense birthday card for you. It will be late, but worth the wait! Love the the wreath. Very adorable. And love the little dude. Hope you have a fabulous day!
